Section 1 is titled "The sectors". Subsections 1.11 to 1.17 of the introduction assign numbers to existing geographical areas, producing a general list of numbered sectors. While subsections 1.12 to 1.17 each claim to include 10 sectors (20 to 29, 30 to 39, etc.), subsection 1.11 only contains three: 11-12-14. Incongruence.

 

The discrete order "11-12-14" is betrayed by the map in subsection 1.3 below, which provides us, instead, with a range: "11 to 14", implying the existence of more than three sectors in that area. Incongruence.

 

Subsections 1.16 and 1.17 claim to include sectors 60 and 70, which are nowhere to be found elsewhere in the guide. Incongruence.
